We cannot force or expect changes in culture through top down initiatives like plants cannot be forced to grow. We can only nurture with the right environment, remove the weeds and old leaves for new ones to grow. People change when drive and capability exceed resistance.
We work with leaders to carefully design formal and informal dialogues, workshops, highlight role models to celebrate the desired behaviours and deter undesirable ones through education. We identify patterns of conscious and unconscious behaviours and conduct authentic discussions to playback to its members.
We identify and mobilise change champions to advocate new ways of working and encourage experimentation through incremental change to build conducive work platforms for a more effective culture to evolve sustainably.
